RACe corporation was founded in 2003 by Raju A Cherian, alumnus of NITIE (National Institute of Indistial Engineering, Mumbai), a renowned engineer, manager with decades of experience. He is a certified director, and was the chief executive of several companies including a public sector company, and has authored three internationally published books on leadership.

Before taking up senior management positions, Raju A Cherian had made significant contributions in his profession as engineer. He has designed and built numerous plant and machinery, some of which have received international acclaim.
